I was once introduced in New York to a scientist, a philosopher. The first thing he said about his accomplishments was: "I have discovered the soul." It amused me very much! All the Scriptures have spoken about it, thinkers have spoken about it, mystics have spoken about it, the prophets have spoken about it, and this man comes and says: "I have discovered the soul!" I thought: "Yes, that was the new discovery that we were expecting - something that we never knew!"
