The Sannyasi

This is the life of the Sannyasi, the life adapted to higher aspirations and thought, to communication with the higher life.

At other times the work of the Sannyasi is quiet. He is silent, yet sometimes he does speak to help those who come to him wishing to be guided through their worldly struggles. Then he becomes their guru. Most gurus belong to the ranks of the Sannyasi, those who have adopted a life of retirement and who, while living this life, give teaching to pupils.
